Tasting note :

1) Sacred Hill Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc
Brilliant pale straw colour. Intense lifted aromas of gooseberry, passionfruit, citrus blossom and lemon grass. Richly flavoured and textured palate with tightly focused flavours of gooseberry, tropical fruits and citrus. Excellent length with finely balanced acidity.

2) Sacred Hill Marlborough Pinot Noir
Black cherries, cinnamon, prunes and hay. Ripe cherry flavours with floral notes and savoury earthy tones. Silky texture and seamless finish.

3) Sacred Hill Helmsman Cabernet Merlot
Deep inky purple. A truly powerful and complex wine, it shows layered aromas of black olives, ripe Black Doris Plum, prune, liquorice and spice, with an underlying cigar box note. Dense concentrated palate with layers of flavours from earthy liquorice gamey characters to black plum, black olive and ripe berry characters. Huge structure with very supple tannins.
